To start with, you should set your blade depth correctly, by taking the blade holder out of the machine, and firmly cut across a piece of scrap vinyl, you will be cutting. Make sure that the blade depth is set correctly first. Make sure your blade and inside of blade holder are clean Try a drop of light oil. I am going to try connecting it andmessing with the blade offset. When I do a test cut without the laptop being connected, it has the same issue. Just got the machine and was using something that was a bit better but the cost was out of my range in getting the same machine at this point,But this one has been keeping me in business lol! The machine doesn't have a setting for it. I will check it out, not completely sure. Sounds like a plan! You guys are all great and thank you so much! Love this forum more than support lol!! Here's my blade offset, I think I remember on the forum some place that it is suppose to be 0. There are a few stray nodes on the "d" and the "a" of "Odat" of your posted file Obviously, not what's causing your issue.
How do I add the EPS to here? I see how to add images but no upload. It doesn't have many points and the points are not off. I think my offset is off because even when it cuts the square registration marks, it cuts them with almost rounded corners.
I drew out some of vector besides the crown itself lol! As far as if the nodes are correct, I am not exactly too sure what to recommend afterwards and am in hope that the nodes is what is the issue so I don't sound too dumb haha.
I would check with the nodes and see if it is seeing something different.
Was the artwork supplied to you or did you have to trace it? Just checking the obvious. Can you post the vector file should be able to as long as it is under K file size. By robspaceApril 20, in General discussion.
